Best-FIT uses the same engine with less external components so, their performance will be reliable and well proved.
Best-FIT changes three areas only.
1) New internal program in the main control computer "MCU".
2) New intake manifold.
3) New fuel injector’s nozzles; As well, new nozzles adapters for use with the current fuel injectors.
With the new intake manifold and injector’s nozzles we can have a better and homogenous air/fuel mix, without the “wet-wall” actual problem; producing a fast and complete combustion.
With the new MCU’s programming algorithms and techniques we get:
a) A perfect air/fuel mix on all driving conditions making unnecessary the actual oxygen sensors usage.
b) Outstanding control of fuel injection and spark plugs firing timing.
c) Detection and real prevention of the detonation without use of detonation sensors.
Therefore, by having a fast and complete combustion, much less heat is generated and transmitted to the engine and exhaust pipe. Significantly reducing the CO2 and NOx emissions (The NOx is generated mainly by the temperature-time effect). With cooler and without CO and HC at the exhaust, the catalytic converter becomes practically unnecessary. As well, the engine cooler system needs will become minimal.
Best-FIT become very competitive with current Direct Injection technology. Implemented in new vehicles will significantly lower manufacturing costs by not requiring expensive and critical components, also, lowering the weight of the engine and/or vehicle with outstanding increase in efficiency and power.
Best-FIT implemented in vehicles in use today will be widely accepted by users of such vehicles. The cost to the user for implementing Best-FIT will be easily recovered in a short time because of the big and important savings in gasoline and less bugs and fault fixing events.
